My understanding at the time Leevardi and this may be well off, is that the major shareholders of IMD thought the coretrack technology still required too much R and D and the IMD board were requested to acquire revenue related acquisitions so it was thrown out. Now that Coretrack has announced the CLRS works..21.07.11, it may be a good idea ( to the advantage of both shareholder groups) to revisit the situation. Particularly as the CLRS patents are very strong and uncontested and IMD has an excellent commercial team in place..outstanding at bringing home the bacon.
