I can’t be totally sure from the undated information you’ve provided, but it all sounds very similar to an Endoclens system for automated endoscope reprocessing that was described in detail in an article published in Medscape from April 2001, by W Rutala and D Weber which was entitled: “New Disinfection and Sterilization Methods”.
If that’s the case, it might be fair to ask why Endoclens hasn’t become the by-word in endoscope reprocessing in the intervening 22 years.
