corish pays way too much for a reason ...

Corish bought irrigation property at Garah after it had been on the market for 4 years. He diddnt even haggle over the price ..more the better... because he used this value to justify the valuation on the irrigation farm he was tipping in to the company at Emerald that was pushing him close to losing the lot. Then he spent $millions on the Garah property replacing new pumps . However he replaced the wrong pumps even though the previous owners told him not to do it.
