in a previous thread, watso got some extra tips on how to do the corned beef.
for this corned beef, watso already had juices from a chicken that he was going to use for soup - so he put those juices in the pressure cooker, added some vinegar, some raw sugar, then diced up a lemon (someone mentioned an orange) - just added a little bit of extra water to cover the corned beef. oh watso also soaked the beef in water, to get rid of some of the salt.
after cooking the beef, and getting rid of the rubbish (eg diced lemons), watso added spuds, carrots and onions, into the combined chicken/beef juices - cooked in the pressure cooker, then added two cans of beef and vegie soup - and blended the lot
