watso has not done a corned beef for a while - but a few months ago picked up a 2.7kg piece for about $12.50.
anyway cut the slab of meat into 6 pieces and cooked in two lots in the pressure cooker..
sure was worth while revisiting corned beef... the meat was tender/succulent etc etc
