anyway, aldo had corned beef for $6/kg - so watso bought a piece - and sort of cooked it a bit like this
watso cooked the corned beef last night, and is now enjoying an awesome corn beef/cheese sandwich - the corned beef was cooked to perfection.
90 minutes in the electric pressure cooker, the beef covered with water, tossed in some bay leaves, some sauce from something or the other, also added carrots and potatoes for the 90 minute ride.
this morning, watso has had the cooked carrots and potatoes for breakfast - and now with the juices, added carrots. onions and potatoes - and all that now cooking on the soup setting in the pressure cooker
