watso cooked a whole lot of vegies in the juices , then added a couple of cans of tomato soup, also extra tomato sauce from the 2l tomato sauce bottle... then hit the lot with the blender and now has heaps of yummy soup
mm - will keep in mind the cloves, vinegar and sugar for the next corned brisket.
watso also likes the lightly marinated chicken that aldi have for $4/kg... cooked in the pressure cooker of course - the chicken meat ends up being cooked with just the right amount of flavour... all juices kept for a yummy soup..
mmm the 900 gram pack of chicken pies for $3.60 is good value - but watso does not do the pies in the pressure cooker - the pies are done in the solar pie warmer.
sometime ago, watso bought a cheap electric pressure cooker from coles, and did not expect to be able to leave it to anybody in his will - so when target had a special on their electric pressure cooker - watso bought a spare , for a rainy day... lucky he did, because the first one died .
for what it is worth, but watso was reading on the net, that the target pressure cooker comes from the same chinese factory which makes the more expensive cuisinart pressure cooker
