watso has just done another corned beef - just cooling down now, before finding its way to the fridge, and should be perfect for sandwiches for a few days.
lol - watso is pretty pleased with himself at how well he can cook a corned silverside .
the fluids will form the base of another wonderful soup .
the electric pressure cooker that watso is using now, was on special at target at a cost of about $65. watso just loves the press buttons, set and forget nature of the PC.
a few days ago watso cooked beetroot in the PC. the next lot of meat, might be some pork scotch fillet that a local shop has for $8kg... mmmm was thinking about dicing up the pork, and making a pork curry
