    I bought a 2kilo one yesterday.

    Will throw it in a pot of cold water, (with nothing else),

    at around 2:00 p.m. Perth time.

    Making smashed spuds, but if you post in time,

    how do you make your mustard sauce ?

    Cabbage I imagine you just sweat down/saute in butter?

    Mum used to do bacon, cut into small pieces and onions, then the shredded cabbage.
