Recipe for silverside.

1. Buy S/Side
2. Open packet
3. Rinse.
4. Trim some of the daggy bits off.
5. 1/2 fill a big pot with cold water
6. Put S/side into pot of cold water
7. Turn heat up to around medium
8. Simmer for a few hours
9. Remove from pot, slice and enjoy.
10. Never, ever, use anything, other than S/side and water.
