if its Macquarie, look at what they did with Tickets with MAP. Good upside for Beppa, but not full face value.

Maybe, they won't worry about Beppa, as they believe they can get the sp up to a 1 for 1 by 2012. This depends on how dillutionary the investment is.

Should see BBI higher on a decent offer, but upside capped. It all really depends on how the cornerstone investor plays it. Interesting times.
