TPI was suspended at $1.80, The cornerstone investor Warburg Pincus (Private equity firm) purchased a small parcel of shares at $1.80 then a capital raising at $1.20 was conducted.
Capital raising was sucessful, Warburg ended up with around 30% of TPI. Shareprice is now trading around $1.50.
TPI also have listed hybrib notes similar to BEPPA, the notes where trading pre-capital raising at $40, now they are trading around $65
Iam awaiting the specs for the capital raising, but i guess people will question the dilutive effect and write BBI off for a couple of months untill it becomes more clear that BBI hold great assets.
