Jefferies, my understanding is this from AGM, there have been a couple of others put there hand up since the business interview with Stafford, now I'm not sure on the specifics, but my belief is, there are only a certain amount of shares Priority One actually want to put up for the cornerstone investor, so whether it's 1/2/3 investors, we'll have to wait for the announcement for the detail, looking pretty good all the same and they are yet to list obviously,


This may have changed again since AGM, so we'll obviously have to wait for the details.
