I agree. Very good news. I think 5% is a significant investment. Maybe not cornerstone but that would probably have come with dilution.
Biggest positive for me is broader market recognition.
Up 12.5% today in a 1% softer market with materials/commodities leading us down. That speaks volumes given that we closed 5% higher than the conversion/strike price.
