Looks like some bIg buyers getting impatient and pushing the price up before the new share consolidation.
Or the usual massive dummy bids below market price- without buying- or trying to push up the price.
These massive bids have been going on for weeks. Seems to be more than one, playing the game now.

vote for new company Spookfish and WSR shares get suspended
and sometime later in Jan 2015 - shares consolidated and relisted as Spookfish at 20c.
