I don't share the view that this is going to be an SPP. I don't think there is time for that now; if that were the route that POH wanted to go they needed to get it rolling last October or November at the latest.
I think we are going to see a private placement. Maybe, as a sop to shareholders some sort of participation might be offered, but with no expectation of this actually raising much money. That has to come from a private placement.
