    looks like I-world international group doing 2 convertible notes tranches of $5 mill one at 1.6 & the other at 2 cents and escrowed for 12 months on conversion.. really shores up FAS & derisks the company immensely ..see how it unfolds but on the surface more believable & doable then the big bang funding attempts,,,Creafin & associates are the real deal & all the iron ore funding eg gina rinehart roy hill seems to be coming out of singapore funding houses, always dyor
