No sure why you keep mentioning PLV - it's no great honor to look down at that garbage.

I just don't see how it is a commercially viable transaction at all, given the history of other finance dealings which have fallen by the wayside - notably the "irrevocable funding" FAS previously laid claim to, one is entitled to be somewhat skeptical.
