Hi @Logzy. The US DFC has two financial devisions, one a lending and the other taking equity partnerships. DFC’s first equity partner was Techmet on a venture in Brasil. Brian Mennell, their CEO has long term relationships with various members of the US govt in advisory capacities.
I believe their equity partnership started a couple of years ago.
