Nothing more than a spec stock Coco..
Myself and others in the queue closer to 2c.. will consider loading up some more if it looks like it's about to get on a run.
Has nothing to do with either pump or insiders.. It's just punting on the market for many of the traders, along with manipulation.
Right now, there would be many people watching it very closely, not sure what way it's looking like heading.
A big player could either buy or sell a few mil, and suddenly it's back to 2.4 or up to low 3's and moving on FOMO.

You downers can cry about a CR as much as you like.. The rest of us know there won't be 1 this financial year, if at all. It doesn't matter how many times Nor state it in announcements, "worst case" cashed to see out the FY, or how their quarterly was right in line with estimates that confirm there's no need for a CR, or the confirmation of the $1.26m R&D that easily covers a quarter alone (you might have also chosen to overlook Nor saying they anticipate spend of $365000 a week - not $1m!!)..

But, that's what the non holding downers always resort too... "CR!!!!"
