The way I see it...
Today's announcement just warmed her up.
No doubt many traders bought and sold too, but it cleared out some sell depth..
and the sell depth that is there now, is most likely the pro's still holding it back, last chance to accumulate before the first big announcement. (Funny how there's always 100+ sellers, and the same amounts stacked between .3-.5 away!)
The entire market is hanging for Nor revenue!
Set the thing right off this week with the significant contract, but the timing will hopefully follow up with message and wifi announcements in the following weeks, leading up to xmas, and keep the price ticking along.
This won't be the usual pump and dump.. there's plenty of good news coming, and people will be investing long.
I wonder if they will halt it?
