Announcement from beginning of January 2016, exactly 12 months ago: "Annualised revenue run-rate up 17% at AUD$1.75 million"

It is indisputable that in the past 12 months we have not had $1.75m in revenues. Just take a look at the recent quarterlies, and we'd be lucky to have revenue in the past 12 months exceeding half of this figure.

Now, this can only be due to one of two things:
1. World Phone has fizzled out and isn't deriving the revenue it was stated it would achieve ($1.75m run rates).
2. The run rates announced were somewhat misleading in that they assumed revenues would continue to grow at their current rates, which clearly didn't eventuate.

You can all claim I know nothing about NOR, but exactly 12 months since this announcement, why have we not seen $1.75m in revenues from World Phone as per the stated run rates? Surely the fact that we haven't seen these revenues means that World Phone has not met the expectations of the company, its shareholders and the users of the app?
