Next week!?
I'm still waiting on something as simple as a signature on a contract to sell a commercial investment.. so I'm starting to see how Nor getting a signature for something so important, with such massive international telcos is.
It's taken me weeks to a p1ssy lease renewal agreed to and eventually signed, to get the contract sorted (purchase price depending on new lease/yield).. then earlier this week their solicitor finds the most unimportant minor error in the contract, so they have to be re-done..
Now the buyers are overseas, and having trouble receiving the 14mb contract via email, and it might not happen by the end of today now.
Imagine how complex the Nor deals are, and how big the companies are, and how much would have to be worked through to get it to binding..
I've had a signed "intent to purchase" and $10,000 deposit (pending contract) for the last few weeks.. but really, it's as useless as a NOR MoU if they change their mind.
But still.. c'mon Nor, these deals are MONTHS overdue!!
Unfortunately I'm probably still 28 days off a settlement/Nor top up - so I will be very slightly disappointed when they hit 10c in Nortember.
