There is little doubt they'll need more money this financial year without a deal. They could easily go broke. I just think there is a chance for them, but for heaven's sake don't pump your real estate proceeds into them.
As for the sell side, you can be sure that stock will appear miraculously at 2.4, 2.5, 2.6,....
On another topic, the 33,333,333 options from the CR are likely to remain unlisted.
