I thought it is interesting to note over the past six months that a number of penny stocks that showed great promise NOR, RFT, IOT were all expected to boom and break 10 cents after great news but none of them have kicked on. NOR today 2.3, RFT 2.5, IOT 2.2.

All these stocks went through the roof and then extensively retracted. This says to me that if the market does not see revenue results, only promises, it will hammer the stock. This occurred in all three stocks. I suppose my point is that not only NOR is suffering but so is RFT and IOT. All IMO.
