    the email I sent to NOR a week ago hasnt got reply, the second day I didnt get reply, I sold my parcel for a small 10% last week, as I knew wifi thing is not ready for a while.

    then the next logic is if what they said in July cannot deliver in Sep, how much you can trust of its cost saving measurement.
