some viruses have long had the trick of being able to shed before showing symptoms -- flu for instance --
however, for many of us - we often experience a pre viral pre symptomatic period of a day or a few days where we don't have any symptoms and we certainly don't have any signs - - but, we feel different - we feel that something just isn't right - that 'oh, I might be coming down with something feeling' - it's so vague that we cannot put words to it more than that - but, we just know
I have often wondered if it's possible to measure that somehow
would be incredibly valuable in a situation like this
