None of the countries outside China which have had virus cases have reported any person to person transmission. South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam Thailand, Singapore Australia and the US have a total of more than 50 confirmed cases, but no cases of local person to person transmission. This suggests that it is quite difficult for the virus to move from person to person.
