from manufacture through to being packed on shelves?

As you say, she touched 30 cans, were there 20 other 'shoppers'

that did the same?

Could you trust anything that a shopper with gloves touched?

The gloves would most likely be a cesspool of germs.

Probably getting to the stage where you (and I) need to wear gloves

when shopping, then 'sanitize' our purchases/gloves when we get home,

or use disposable surgical gloves.

Even using "tap & pay" to pay for purchases, most likely need

to ensure our cards don't actually TOUCH the eftpos machine,

just hold them above the terminal.
