Please do some research on food safety standards and testing of meat in this country.
The footage you are referring to would be of the animal prior to slaughter I presume but has no relevance to the treatment of the product and testing of that product.
Abattoirs have Vets, QA and all manner of controls.
No problem with our meat. Chinese bats I can't vouch for.
