Take care @Catgut, I too am on Tritace - but my blood pressure is low - so low that in hospital last it caused concern and the med was cancelled. The dose was then halved, still my cardiologist wants to keep me on it for its other benefits.
It is the shopping we need to be careful of - Remember we will all catch it or get a jab, unless the virus mutates safe.
If the hospitals are overstretched not just the old blokes go, but in Italy the women and the young die also.

I get my Quercetin from elderberry syrup (boiled up from dried elderberries) red onions, black grapes and red wine - everyday.
