- Shutting up shops, travel & resulting unemployment nationally and internationally will result in the most socio-economic devastation. See, if left to run , if i were to die, any possesions would go to next of kin, and they would be free to spend it in the economy. But As the job losses and debts pile up, people will begin to realise they got played.

The initial fear gripping people, is because they are not well prepared for their own mortality. Throughout Europe from the 1500's onward till around 1800 life expectancy hovered between 30 - 40 years of age.

2) “The magnitude of the response must match the scale of the crisis -- large-scale, coordinated and comprehensive, with country and international responses being guided by the World Health Organization.” I believe the lockdowns are at the bequest of the UN. To further their agenda (see 4))

3) “What is needed is a large-scale, coordinated and comprehensive multilateral response amounting to at least 10 per cent of global GDP.
Developed countries can do it by themselves, and some are indeed doing so.”

4) “Finally, when we get past this crisis -- whichwewill -- we will face a choice.We can go back to the world as it was before or deal decisively with those issues that make us all unnecessarily vulnerable to crises.
Our roadmap is the 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The recovery from the COVID-19 crisis must lead to a different economy.”

- For this to occur, extreme, lasting and pervasive damage must first be done to the economy. Otherwise, the economy would not recover substantially different. Also, the last statement shows the true agenda at play here.

5)"WHO is working closely with global experts, governments and partners to rapidly expand scientific knowledge on this new virus, to track the spread and virulence of the virus, and to provide advice to countries and individuals on measures to protect health and prevent the spread of this outbreak."
