well that's true but if you read your earlier post it is common sense that works well - tried and true methods that are properly informed. when people start acting fearfully sense goes out the door and nothing much breeds disaster than panic and mass panic is worse. This is the time for thoughtful, rational and well thought through plans. that is taking it seriously but not in panic. an example of panic is an article i read where a man who was in Australia with his family still in Wuhan suggested the Australian government should be doing more to get his family back here. Or the masses of people who went on the move to escape and save themselves with the potential to infect millions. a little like what happened in the black death. I have seen what fear does to people and it isn't good.
