NSW is the only state to fund EMR systems for all public hospitals in Australia. many regional hospitals still only use paper!! only a matter of time before one of the multinationals acquires ALC IMO. Australian Gov does not provide adequate funding for tech evolution. lack of vision. worse, Australian Gov prefers to spend on multinational software vendors at great expense than back Australian companies. tough market to sell into.
