I actually posted about the virus in another thread - general - as it affects all stocks. Who said I am shutting down anything. Nearly every stock forum has a thread on Corona Virus. I think the best place to discuss the virus is in the commodities section btw is all I have said.
As for DRC, you are talking about country that beat Ebola, and so the learnings from that will help it is my point.
As to your second bullet point, teh virus started in China (at a wildlife selling market which is disgusting in itself, and teh Australian government itself should be embarrassed that one of teh animals on teh menu was kaola). As for spreading into Africa, well it depends how many infected Chinese/Europeans/Americans are travelling there but if you haven't noticed most governments are now putting travellers into isolation for 14 days on arrival, and I suspect Africa will follow same protocol. Corana didn't start in Africa and the learnings from the west/Chinese will help it is my point.
I'll leave it at that.
