I agree the chairman is the key.
At the last AGM I asked the chairman who had been fired for pursuing the FDA 10mg on three continents at enormous cost. He didn't mention names, but he said Bill had been bought in to fix the mess which he merely inherited. I didn't probe further, but merely said that I hoped the departing staff had plenty of the 6 cent options.
