I did manage to get the ones in my personal name transferred to commsecs
international broker pershing...and then sell them, but have had no luck
with my companies holding

not long after the move to the US we were sent a form that had to be filled
in or replied too...otherwise we were going to class us as inactive holders and
that would give the broker the right to sell them or dispose of them with no
compensation....so unless you replied back then I dont like your chances..

Do you have any correspondence or holding or voting mail from vaxart
or its previous incarnations?
