I assume this is being set up for those wanting to short.
I under stand the banks want to off load FLT and WEB but why HLO has run so quickly so far so early is really strange.
Right now can only see the upside as minimal.
If not selling now must be a pipe dreamer .
It might hold and go up but surely the bet at the moment would be to the downside
