Purchased recently as I believe there is another 20% appreciation from current price as air travel recovers. Melbourne & Sydney siders can fly direct to Ballina / Byron airport inlieu of the Gold Coast. The Tweed Coast, Byron / Ballina area leaves the Gold Coast for dead as far as pristine beaches, surfing, fishing and scenery go.
Tourist operators like HLO should be pushing their clients to holiday in aforesaid areas. Their clients will be pleasantly surprised at whats on offer.
