Unfortunately its as easy as Chinese nationals start or aquire company elsewhere, say USA, who then take over ASX listed company that is contracted to manufacture major equipment for our telecommunication infrastructure. Gov green light the aquisition because there’s no way another country would go to those extremely simple measures to get around the ban on using a chinese manufacturer.
