My allocation to high risk stocks is about 10% of equities I hold, can't say I've been successful with about 30 years investing in speccies. I've never had one of those so-called 10 baggers let alone a 5 bagger.
I've probably lost more than I've made but those losses however hard to swallow have offset capital gains when I was working. I'm a bit more picky these days, but still haven't been able to make money from these, yet. You gotta be in it to win it.
