    Media states it could be a year before a vaccine is available , so yes food distribution conduits in the interim are necessary , Even in lock down NZ is going ahead with its Kiwi harvest which it will export to Europe , China and the USA and is also still picking up and processing milk for processing , so it can be done .
    Milk processing is already highly automated with little human input so not hard to keep chinese virus free
    Other processing ie Beef and chicken abattoirs and fishing boats are a different kettle of fish as workers are in close proximity to each other on a "chain' processing system so maybe there will need to some big changes in how they operate
    Export of product once at wharf is not a virus logistical issue , as the virus can not last for more than a few days , its the last few kilometers from retailer to customer that is the issue
