Lawrence - you are only correct if things get no worse.
We have seen various world leaders get this very wrong and for much the same reason - they worry about things other than virus contagion control and so compromise safety standards required. The Chinese forcibly removing people into quarantine is the level required rather than allowing people off cruise liners and telling journalists not to wear masks due to it being a bad look as one leader did.
Here we have Chinese students allowed in for $$$ reasons - absolute idiocy!
Share owners here have little to worry about in the long term - option holders are not in the same boat given time constraints.
