Well it would appear that Victoria is finally making the correct decisions .2 weeks ago Victoria could have had a 2 week (stage 3) lockdown.
Now we have a 6 week lockdown.There needs to be a clear message that people going to work need regular testing but capacity needs to be there to do it. Why? Because a Stage 3 lockdown isn't a full lockdown and from experience we know that many people will ignore it. So we either rely on some luck or we complement the lockdown with testing, testing ,,testing.
Again, anyone who refuses to be tested when asked by a health official to do so should lose their Centrelink benefits or get a hefty Medicare levy fee.
