Very interesting. Bennamon took a position in NCI sometime in the middle of last year. Now Bennamon and Tyrell are buying out the minority shareholders.
At about the same time, Bennamon also took position in PPG. Now Bennamon, Penn and Morrell combined own about 80% of PPG. PPG is also not liquid like NCI.
Will they buy out PPG minority shareholders like in NCI?
