douginil: Yes, saw that. PCL will have to rely on "outside" help - especially in the case of KENYA, where BOTH FAR and PCL will have to find a solid FARM-IN PARTNER willing to drill! FAR might want to get rid of Kenya in order to better finance their plans in Senegal, however.....
In respect to NAMIBIA: Will depend if off-shore Namibia is FIRST priority to TULLOW or not. IF so, drilling during 2016 can be assumed, of course. Time will tell....
