A re-rating can do wonders for a Co just like the rail access has for BCI.... IMO a de-rating has occured with UMC with regards to it's peers, Once i considered AGO & BRM as UMC peers... not any more, for the time anyhow, and seems many agree with this with the latest IO discussions, look at the graph posted by bungi on the AGO thread.
