Hi Densy,
I have also believed the handling of MT's sudden resignation has been extremely poorly handled by the BoD and has bordered on arrogance with their lack of communication to shareholders.
As a top 10 shareholder I would be 100% on board for a corporate restructure and hopefully have MT fully reinstated.
I did previously email the company sharing some of my concerns and thanks to Peeteepoo's template, I will be emailing the company again.
