I think most regular readers of this thread will agree with me, when I say I have been a supporter of the BOD and defended them on more than one occasion. However events over the last week and a half, have caused me to believe it is time for share holders to question what is going on. I feel there is enough confusion and lack of communication to warrant Share Holders asking what is going on, and telling the board they are expected to sit down with the CEO and find a workable solution.
It may also be a good idea to freshen the board. Boards of successful companies do this all the time as circumstances change.
