IMHO what is important here at PAA is the Company is transitioning from the Discovery and Development Phase toward commercialisation.

A strong indicator is the bringing on of Manufacturing experts , running a Test batch of 250,000 Tablets to then run 3 batches of 250,000 for Human Use.

Roger would surely want someone domiciled in Australia who can lend their abilities to assist the CEO and Team?
Bishop has held a firm hand on the legal tiller but again we move from a custodial role toward requiring legals with International Commercial and Contractual abilities
Wright , well PAA have never been dragged over the coals by ASIC i can only remember two clarifications required
1 ASIC cubicle dwellers not happy with the MPL 99% positive response to Covid , that was dumbed down to 95% to satisfy statistics and recently when MT spoke with Media and in my Book when a Journalist goes to print its in their words and not subject to ASX regs..

PAA as a Company is in a exciting period but equally crucial to keeping forward momentum...
